SILVERSNEAKERS® FITNESS PROGRAM
The SilverSneakers Program offers gym memberships, exercise classes, flex classes in nontraditional gyms to seniors within AvMed's Medicare population.
This benefit is offered to Members at no additional cost and Members have access to over 13,000 participating locations nation-wide.
As a Medicare Member, when you travel you can use any participating fitness locations throughout the country. You can choose classes customized for older adults by fitness level. Plus, you'll have access to health information seminars and trainers who will design a personalized plan for you.
