My member ID card was lost/stolen, how do I obtain a new one?
To order a new card and also print a temporary one, log on to your account at www.avmed.org. Your new card will take 7-10 business days to arrive.

How do I register for my account on AvMed.org?
Visit www.avmed.org, find the “Account Login” box, and click the “Register” button. The “Register for an Online Account” page will display. Choose the first option in the middle of the page, “Members”, and then choose “Member Registration Page”. You will receive an email with instructions on how to finish registering your account.

I forgot my password. How do I get this reset?
On www.avmed.org, find the “Account Login” box, and click the “Forgot User ID or Password?” link. The “Register for an Online Account” page will display. Choose the first option in the middle of the page, “Members”, and then choose “Password Reset Page”.

I forgot my user ID. How do I get this reset?
You will follow the same instructions provided to reset the password. Once you enter all of your personal information and hit “next”, your User ID will be displayed on the bottom right.

I have special language needs, what do I do?
AvMed Member Engagement department has interpreters that speak more than 17 different languages, including Spanish (Español.) Please call AvMed Member Engagement department at the number listed on your Member ID Card to be connected with our language line.

AvMed Member Engagement department is open M-F 8 am-8 pm, and Sat 9 am-1 pm Hours may vary according to your policy. Please call the phone number on your Member ID Card for assistance.
AvMed Medicare Member Engagement department can be reached at 1-800-782-8633 TTY 711, October 1–March 31, 8 am-8 pm, 7 days a week. April 1–September 30, 8 am-8 pm, Monday-Friday; 9 am-1 pm on Saturday.
