If you qualify for extra help with your Medicare prescription drug coverage costs, Medicare may cover all or some portion of your prescription drug costs.  In certain cases, CMS systems do not reflect a beneficiaries correct low-income subsidy (LIS) status at a particular point.  To address these situations, CMS has created the best available evidence (BAE) policy that requires plans to accept appropriate documentation as evidence of establishing the accurate level of cost sharing the member should be paying.  Please use the link provided below to learn more about this policy.

If you get extra help from Medicare to help pay for your Medicare prescription drug plan costs, your monthly plan premium will be lower than what it would be if you did not get extra help from Medicare. The amount of extra help you get will determine your total monthly plan premium as a member of our Plan.
