This approach aligns the Member and PCP in a trusted partnership; working together toward a WELLfluentt™ life while benefiting from the comfort of a fully-coordinated medical plan, without a referral requirement. Flex also includes an out-of-network benefit which allows access to non-AvMed providers nationwide.

AvMed Aim is available to South Florida based employers with 51-99 eligible employees and provides access to AvMed participating providers in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. Although no designation is required, the Aim plan emphasizes the importance of coordinating care with a Primary Care Physician (PCP). This approach aligns the Member and PCP in a trusted partnership, working together toward a WELLfluentt™ life while benefiting from the comfort of a fully coordinated medical plan. Aim Members also have access to a network of specialists and facilities with no referral required.

Our most versatile product, AvMed Choice offers network flexibility and tiered cost share options.  Through our partnership with PHCS (Multiplan), Choice Members have access to a nationwide network of healthcare providers without a referral requirement. As a point-of-service product, our Choice plans provide in and out-of-network benefits at different levels of out-of-pocket costs.
