At AvMed, we understand how important it is for you to easily and conveniently access the information you need on demand. We have our Agent, Employer, Member and Provider portals to do just that!

Agent Portal

Whether it’s personal attention or providing you with self-serve options on your Agent Portal, our goal remains the same: to help you attend to the most important part of your business, your Clients. 

The Agent Portal is intuitive and user-friendly, and has a cleaner, more streamlined interface, as well as several new features and enhancements.  

NOTE: Agents who sell Medicare and Individual/Family plans will continue to have access to all the great online sales tools available today, now with more streamlined access. Agents that sell Commercial plans will be granted full access to manage group business the first quarter of 2021. 


Register to the Agent Portal today!

Here’s how: 

  • For IFP
  1. On AvMed.org, click Login/Register on the top right corner of the screen 
  2. Select Agent 
  3. Click the Register button 
  4. Click on the Continue button on the Compliance/Personal page 
  5. Select Agent Registration 
    • For Agent Registration, fill in the Agent Last Name and Florida License Number 
  6. Proceed to create an Agent Account then click on Create Account
  7. Click OK

Employer Portal

Whether it’s personal attention or providing you with self-serve options on your Employer Portal, our goal remains the same: to help you attend to the most important part of your business, your Employees. 

The Employer Portal is intuitive and user-friendly, and has a cleaner, more streamlined interface, as well as several new features and enhancements.

NOTE: You will need to know your CorpID to register. If you need help identifying your CorpID, please contact your designated AvMed representative for assistance.

 


Register to the Employer Portal today!

Here’s how: 

  1. On AvMed.org, click Login/Register on the top right corner of the screen 
  2. Select Employer 
  3. Click on the Register Now button 
  4. Complete the Compliance page 
  5. Proceed to create an Employer Account page

Member Portal

The Member Portal is intuitive and user-friendly, and has a cleaner, more streamlined interface and include several new features and enhancements for a richer and more rewarding health experience. 

 

Already have an account with the existing Member Portal? 

We are committed to safeguarding your personal health information (PHI) and personal identifiable information (PII). If you already have an account with the existing portal, you will be asked to re-register once it goes live.  

Don’t have an account with the existing Member Portal? 

If you never had an account with the existing Member Portal, now is a great time to start thinking about registering. By doing so, you will be able to take advantage of all the great online tools, resources and tips for living a WELLfluent™ life, one that is truly balanced and rich in what matters most – health and happiness

  1. On AvMed.org, click Login/Register on the top right corner of the screen 
  2. Select Member 
  3. Click on the Sign up link 
  4. Complete the Member Information section 
  5. Proceed to create your Member Account
  6. Your registration is complete!

How to Register on the AvMed Member Portal

Provider Portal

Whether it’s personal attention or providing you with self-serve options on your new Provider Portal, our goal remains the same: to help you attend to the most important part of your business, your Patients. 

The new Provider Portal will be intuitive and user-friendly, and have a cleaner, more streamlined interface. 

NOTE: Some of the existing features and functions will be added to the new Provider Portal over the next several months as we transform our technology environment.

 

Already have an account with the existing Provider Portal? 

Use your existing credentials to re-register for the new Provider Portal. You will need your existing User ID and Password so that it automatically approves the registration process.  

EXISTING users, register on September 8! Here’s how:

1. On AvMed.org, click Login/Register on the top right corner of the screen 

2. Select Provider  

3. Select Sign Up to be redirected to the Registration screen 

  (Be sure to check the box if you have existing Provider Portal credentials)

4. Enter your existing User ID and Password 

5. Create a new User ID or use your email as the User ID 

6. Your registration is complete! 

  

Don’t have an account with the existing Provider Portal? 

If you never had an account with the existing Provider Portal, now is a great time to start thinking about registering for one after the new Provider Portal goes live. By doing so, you will be able to take advantage of all the great online tools, resources and tips to help your patients live a WELLfluent™ life, one that is truly balanced and rich in what matters most – health and happiness. 

NEW users, register on September 8! Here’s how: 

1. On AvMed.org, click Login/Register on the top right corner of the screen 

2. Select Provider  

3. Select Sign Up to be redirected to the Registration screen 

4. Create a new User ID or use your email as the User ID 

5. Your registration is complete and you will be notified via email within 24-48 hours when your account is approved!

 

Need help finding a Member? 

If you are looking for an existing Member, please enter the Member ID using a hyphen before the last two digits.

For example: A12345678-00
